We had an absolute blast exhibiting at both the Devon Business Show and Riviera Connect Business Show! These events were a perfect opportunity to connect with so many incredible people, and we’ve come away feeling energised, inspired, and, let’s be honest, a little chuffed about how much fun it was.

At BIG ANT, we’re all about the human touch, and today was a brilliant reminder of why we love what we do. From job seekers looking for their next big move to local businesses wanting to grow their teams—it was great to connect, chat, and share opportunities.

I am pleased to inform you that we at street cleansing won the Torbay Council making a difference award for 2024. This would not have been possible without the impeccable efforts from our seasonal colleagues at Big Ant. We have had the best season ever this year with the staff putting in their hard work in all challenging conditions. We would appreciate if you can pass on our gratitude for their immense performance and look forward to a greater season in 2025 and would welcome back the entire team next year. We want them to know that it was them that earned this award along with their Swisco colleagues that embraced an inclusive in-house team in its entirety .
