Feels like I'm part of a family community.

I joined Big Ant as a support worker just over a year ago and am extremely happy with the recruitment service provided by the company. From the start, the Healthcare Recruitment team has provided me with an exceptional level of support, making the entire employment process smooth and efficient.

Becky, in particular, genuinely cares about helping people be the best they can be and is a lovely person to talk to. There's lots of opportunity for personal development and training, the clients are lovely and it genuinely feels like I'm part of a family community.
The guidance, assistance and kind words I have received from the office team have been much appreciated. I am thrilled to begin this new chapter in my (post-retirement!) career and grateful for the opportunity.

I just wanted to say a few words to describe what it is like to work for Big Ant.
From the first conversation I had with them, I felt comfortable as they made me feel very welcome, this has not changed in anyway. Everyone from the office to other staff members that you may work with, are so friendly and supportive.
With Big Ant you never feel pushed in to a shift, like some companies they can make you feel guilty when you can’t do a shift, Big Ant understands that you can’t always pick up shifts.
The app they use is very simple, which makes it easier on you to pick when and where you want to work.
If you are looking for a friendly, supportive company to work for I would definitely recommend these, I’m glad I found these.

I Have been with BIG ANTt since last November 2023. Working for SWISCo on the street cleansing team. Main contact is Holly Mills, BIG ANT from day one have been superb. Any minor issues, all sorted straight away. No fuss. Have found working for them, very enjoyable. I am now being taken on full time in the role. And can't thank them enough. For the support and opportunity they have given me. A change of career, which has worked out perfect.

Our client loved Stacy

The feedback I have heard from my colleagues and the engineers have all been really good – they said she was professional, prompt with getting things sorted and grasped the concept of things very quickly.

Overall Stacy handled everything well from what I have seen – she left me a great handover and was really thorough in her work. She understood so much very quickly and handled customers and their queries well, and there was so many issues that came in she did brilliantly! Lots of things I hadn’t shown her but she was great at using her initiative and figuring things out, and she stayed calm when things got stressful.

I would love to have given Stacy more work, and given her something a bit more challenging to sink her teeth into because she is so switched on I know she was capable of so much more than just emails and phone calls.

Stacy was really friendly, got on well with the team and she was eager to help in any way she could – even with such little mundane things. Her accuracy and detail has shown through, and it has been a huge help having her cover my job while I was off.

It’s been a pleasure to have Stacy here and I would recommend her for any job, big or small!
