About the Role: We are working on behalf of one of our valued clients to find a highly motivated individual for an office-based role. As a key part of the team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and sales support to both new and existing trade customers. You will play a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships, encouraging repeat orders, and educating customers on the benefits of the household brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage day-to-day sales enquiries, orders, invoicing, credits, and payments using Sage 200.
- Maintain and update records in both the Sage 200 and CRM databases.
- Provide proactive sales support, particularly for key campaigns such as Christmas, Spring, and Autumn, and follow up on proforma orders via phone and email.
- Contact customers to follow up on due proformas and ensure outstanding orders are processed.
- Work closely with the warehouse and couriers to ensure timely deliveries, resolving any delivery issues as they arise, and providing customers with accurate delivery quotes.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to provide admin support, including weekly debt chasing.

Required Skills:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sage 200, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales admin role.
- Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work well within a small, close-knit team.
- Access to your own vehicle, as our head office is not easily accessible by public transport.
- Smart appearance and professional presentation.
