We're seeking an experienced Warehouse person, who holds a valid Counter Balance Forklift licence, to join our customers team in a busy Stores environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to load and unload materials, ensuring efficient materials handling and contributing to overall warehouse operations.
Duties
- Operate forklifts to load and unload goods from lorries and storage areas.
- Move materials within the warehouse, ensuring proper placement and organisation.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working and operating equipment.
Skills
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in loading and unloading procedures with a strong focus on safety.
- Valid Counter Balance Fork Lift licence
- Ideally a driving licence (but not essential)
