What you'll be doing:
You'll play a vital role in supporting members of the public and local businesses by handling a range of enquiries. You'll also assist internal teams by reporting and escalating issues to the appropriate departments.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Answering and responding to phone and email enquiries related to:
- Waste and recycling
- Requests for new/replacement bins
- Grass cutting schedules
- Road accidents
- Drainage issues
- Faulty traffic lights
- Commercial queries and payments for business waste services
- Logging and escalating issues to the relevant internal teams
- Providing excellent service to customers and maintaining a professional approach in all communications
