Customer Service Advisor (PD/MH)

Big Ant is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team in providing exceptional service to one of our valued clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.

This is a temporary position for at least 3 months with the potential to become permanent (depending on performance and business needs).

We are looking for candidates who can deliver excellent service via email and live chat to customers and business partners. We're seeking candidates who are professional, have some customer service experience or working in a contact centre environment and can represent the clients brand effectively. Customer interactions are diverse, involving social channels, email, and live chat, to provide prompt and thorough responses.

Full training will be provided at their head office in Newton Abbot.

Rota of work is 5 days out of 7 to include working either Saturday or Sunday every weekend with a day off in the week.
