The Role:
As Team Manager, you'll play a key role in making sure your team is happy, productive, and well-managed. You'll oversee recruitment, probation reviews, performance management, and ensure the wellbeing of your team is front and centre. On top of that, you'll keep the wheels turning smoothly with accurate management of holidays, sickness, and other employee information. Management experience in this industry is a must have

What We're Looking For:
We need someone with:
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft 365 and bespoke software.
- Analytical skills to solve problems, challenge the status quo, and find cost-effective solutions.
- A solid understanding of leadership qualities and how to manage resources for success.
- In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and people management practices.
