Facilities Operative (PA/MH)

Big Ant Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a well-known Football Club in the South West to find their next Facilities Operative. Are you a hands-on, proactive individual ready to help maintain the home of football excellence?

You'll be a key player in ensuring the Club's facilities are top-notch across multiple sites, delivering a safe and welcoming environment for fans, players, and staff alike. You'll help make the magic happen - not just on matchdays but every day!

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Building maintenance expertise - you know your way around tools and repairs.
• Health & Safety awareness - keeping things safe is second nature to you.
• Top-notch problem-solving skills - you can fix just about anything!
• Attention to detail - no task is too small for your eagle eyes.
• Great communication & time management - you get things done and keep everyone in the loop.

This role is working 35 hrs. Flexibility to work s flexible shift pattern to include out of ours.
